Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a contractor to support the Digital Solution team with fleet analytics, alert triage, and customer reporting. The role focuses on onboarding support and Customer Success operational processes to enable executives to engage strategically.

The position involves standardizing Customer Success operations, improving scalability, and ensuring consistent reporting across global customers, with emphasis on data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with engine systems and diagnostics.
• Strong data analysis to triage trends.
• Industrial/service/engineering background beneficial.
• Engine experience across auto or generator is relevant.
• Ability to build dashboards from raw data (Power BI) and Excel macros.

Responsibilities

• Analyze fleet trends, recurring issues, and equipment health patterns.
• Develop standardized customer health reports and fleet performance summaries.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new customers and mine sites.
• Maintain Customer Success templates, best practices, and process documentation.
• Support internal coordination between Customer Success, CARE, Product, Engineering, and regional teams.
