Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related field.
• 4+ years of fleet administration experience.
• 1+ year of vehicle title processing experience.
• 2+ years of buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance of vehicle titles and title information in the fleet database.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage the ARI setup and vendor vetting process.
• Process vehicle transactions including ordering, delivery, vouchering, purchases, employee vehicle sales and disposals.
• Provide guidance on policies and procedures to meet deadlines and track capital.
