Job summary

Modern Builders Supply, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Administrator to support our vehicle and equipment fleet across the Midwest division. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and proactive process improvement to keep logistics operations flowing smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while supporting a family-owned company known for growth and reliability.

Qualifications

• Basic DOT regulations, fleet operations, and transportation compliance practices.
• Experience in administrative roles with logistics focus (minimum 2 years).
• Proficiency with MS Office and data-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage Property Claims and Incidents: file claims and track progress.
• Maintain Fleet Compliance FMCSA and Clearinghouse processes.
• Manage Company Drivers: driver lists, MVRs, and logs.
• Manage Company Owned Equipment and coordinate with vendors for payments.
• Oversee fleet tracking software and device needs; distribute manuals and safety books.
• Coordinate fuel cards, EZ Pass, and mileage reports.
