Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group. The Fleet Account Representative acts as the primary contact for assigned fleet(s), ensuring needs are met by engaging with customer personnel and dealership teams.

The role involves coordinating truck specifications, deliveries, and service communications, while staying up-to-date on products and market opportunities to improve sales and service levels.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of the company's services, products and marketing techniques.
• Product knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• CDL is required.

Responsibilities

• Calls on assigned accounts and maintains open lines of communication with customers.
• Assist Sales/Branch Manager with fleet truck specifications, pre-bills, change orders, and paperwork.
• Coordinate new truck delivery, trade receipts, and flow of equipment through Service and Body.
• Provide information for parts, warranty, or service issues and work to resolve them.
• Make all company services available to customers and escalate issues to the proper departments.
• Keep records and generate reports on activities; support outside parts/service sales to penetrate markets.
