Job summary

Wingstop in Humble, TX is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, cost, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

This role requires guiding the team, ensuring opening/closing procedures, scheduling, inventory, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with store leadership to achieve objectives.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise shifts and manage scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines & training.
• Achieve company objectives in service quality and appearance of the facility through training of employees while creating a positive working environment.
• Meet scheduling requirements, cover all shifts where needed to ensure operations go undisturbed.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries are done by scheduled times and control costs by ordering what is needed.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain temperature logs.
• Inspect all products to ensure correct unit count and condition; report differences to the store manager.
• Maintain readiness for QSC; ensure cleanliness, procedures, and equipment meet standards.
