Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, cost, guest service and safety. This role offers flexible schedules and growth opportunities as you lead shift teams and uphold Wingstop standards.

You will manage inventory, staffing, and compliance while delivering a high-quality flavor experience for guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff while maintaining service quality.
• Strong focus on cost control, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training and leadership with the store manager.
• Meet scheduling demands, cover shifts, and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Manage cash handling and reconcile transactions with accuracy.
• Inspect safety, cleanliness and food quality to maintain Wingstop standards.
• Coach crew on guest service, upselling and presentation.
• Support inventory, ordering and loss-prevention practices.
