Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership required to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality and sanitation.

You will monitor operations, schedule shifts, assist with inventory, and uphold Wingstop standards while delivering a welcoming, efficient customer experience aligned with our flavor mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant operations.
• Ability to train and develop staff in customer service and standards.
• Strong scheduling and shift management skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand policies, procedures, standards, and training requirements.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation across the store.
• Oversee cash handling and reconcile deposits accurately.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate team to deliver friendly, responsive service.
