Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership needed to achieve objectives in sales, cost, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines & training
• Achieve company objectives in service quality and appearance of the facility through training of employees while creating a positive working environment
• Meet scheduling requirements, cover all shifts where needed to ensure operations go undisturbed
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries are done by scheduled times and manage costs through proper ordering
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain the temperature log
• Be prepared for QSC and keep cleanliness, procedures and equipment up to standard
