Job summary

Wingstop is hiring an assistant manager to help oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership needed to reach sales, cost, and guest satisfaction goals.

You will ensure policy adherence, manage schedules, monitor inventory and quality, and lead a team to consistently deliver Wingstop's flavor experience. This role emphasizes training, safety, and positive employee relations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising shifts and coordinating with a store manager.
• Ability to meet scheduling requirements across multiple shifts.
• Commitment to guest service and food quality standards.
• Familiarity with cash handling and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training, and leadership to achieve sales, cost, and service objectives.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and standards are understood and followed by staff.
• Schedule coverage, manage callouts, and maintain on-time deliveries where applicable.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper equipment maintenance in the facility.
• Respond to guest concerns with courteous and timely service.
• Support the store manager in daily operations and team development.
