Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, cost, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Responsibilities include ensuring policy adherence, staffing and scheduling, inventory control, and staff development to deliver a positive flavor experience.

Qualifications

• Understand policies, procedures, standards and training.
• Assist in planning, organizing, training and leadership.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover shifts as needed.
• Oversee deliveries and cost control.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with friendly, courteous service.
• Prepare and package orders to Wingstop standards.
• Ensure cashiers follow corporate guidelines and balance transactions.
• Oversee cash handling and deposits accuracy.
• Perform one-on-one coaching with the store manager.
• Monitor daily/weekly inventory and waste; manage chicken counts.
• Address customer complaints effectively and professionally.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed by shift leads.
• Paid online training will be provided up to 5 hours.
