Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager on planning, organizing, training, and leadership required to achieve sales, cost, and guest satisfaction objectives.

Responsibilities include ensuring policies are followed, managing schedules, controlling costs through proper ordering, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. The role emphasizes team leadership and delivering a quality flavor experience to guests.

Qualifications

• Assist guests to ensure friendly, responsive service.
• Prepare and package orders per Wingstop standards.
• Ensure cash handling and deposits follow guidelines.
• Provide one-on-one counseling with the store manager for reviews.
• Supervise shift leads to meet opening/closing procedures and labor policies.
• Train and support crew to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand all policies, procedures, standards and training.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover shifts.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries occur on time and manage costs.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain temperature logs.
• Verify product receipt and adherence to receiving policies.
• Ensure cleanliness and QSC standards are maintained.
• Oversee shift leads for order accuracy and guest service.
