Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and co-ordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, cost, guest service and satisfaction.

The role requires supervising shift leads, ensuring correct opening/closing procedures, maintaining inventory, accuracy, food quality, cleanliness and safety, and addressing guest concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Understand policies, procedures and training requirements.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover shifts as needed.
• Maintain inventory controls and cost awareness.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety and QSC standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet scheduling requirements and cover all shifts where needed.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries are on time and costs are controlled.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain temperature logs.
• Verify product counts and adherence to receiving policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work environment.
