Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader (Operations) for our 5th Avenue Flagship. You will partner with the Store Leader to ensure operational excellence, drive results, and deliver consistently outstanding customer service.

You will grow leadership skills while shaping the store's success, coaching the team on brand standards, and maintaining a polished, high-volume environment. This role supports growth within SKIMS and has a strong leadership development focus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and back-of-house operations.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to handle high-volume environments with composure.
• Excellent communication and team coaching skills.
• Passion for SKIMS brand and values.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations with a focus on Operational Excellence.
• Oversee Back of House operations including shipment, inventory accuracy, and back room organization.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, and product availability with real-time solutions.
• Own damage processing, returns, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain store supplies, equipment, and reporting of service needs.
• Ensure team training on policies, safety, and loss prevention.
• Provide strong floor leadership during peak hours and model customer-obsessed service.
• Lead team training on fit, function, and product knowledge.
• Train on visual standards and product placement for on-brand floors.
• Use store data to support inventory excellence and KPI goals.
• Communicate with Store Leader and HQ on allocation and flow.
