Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive luxury retail management.
• Proven track record in clienteling and high-value sales.
• Experience with events, brand activations, or corporate gifting.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline team to deliver Diptyque Flagship service standards.
• Develop high-value client relationships through CRM and events.
• Plan and execute events, launches, and corporate orders.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, payroll, and floor presence.
• Partner with Store Director in absence or East Hampton support.
