Qualifications

• 10+ years in hotel management with 5+ in GM/ AGM roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Proven track record of meeting financial targets and improving guest satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales, marketing, revenue management, and operations
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
• Experience with brand standards and quality assurance programs
• Ability to work under pressure in Welkom, Free State

Responsibilities
