Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in hotel management, with 3–5 years as GM or AGM in boutique or lifestyle hotels.
• Proven track record in driving financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and sales & marketing.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing hotel team and drive a culture of excellence.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and address feedback promptly.
• Maintain brand standards and the hotel's unique identity.
• Oversee property maintenance and presentation.
• Build relationships with owners, suppliers, and the community.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Represent the hotel positively in Randburg's business community.
