• Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations, achieving financial targets, and improving guest satisfaction scores.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales, marketing, revenue management, and operational systems.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing large budgets and P&Ls.
