Job summary

Pillar Health, a Division of Kenosha Community Health Center, seeks a Senior Clinic Operations Manager for its Racine location. Lead the flagship site, drive performance across services, and ensure regulatory readiness and patient experience excellence.

You will advance operational standardization, workforce optimization, and continuous improvement while guiding a multidisciplinary leadership team. This role shapes critical care delivery in Southeast Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/public health or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in ambulatory/hospital settings.
• Experience managing high-volume multi-service outpatient operations.
• Proven financial and operational performance management experience.
• Lean or performance improvement training preferred; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple service lines including medical, dental, behavioral health and psychiatry.
• Develop and oversee annual operating plan and site budget.
• Drive staff performance, workflow redesign and patient access improvements.
• Ensure regulatory readiness, quality metrics and patient experience targets.
• Mentor leadership teams and promote workforce development.
• Collaborate with enterprise initiatives and standardize processes.
