Job summary

NorthLakes Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee clinical and administrative functions at the Park Falls site. The role involves coordinating staff, budgets, and regional operations support to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient patient care.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining regulatory compliance while acting as a liaison with partners and leadership across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Budget development and implementation experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office knowledge and EHR proficiency advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the single point of contact for all site operations and delegates accordingly.
• Oversees clinical and/or administrative staff at assigned site or sites.
• Works with Management Team to develop and implement QI projects, protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels and manages provider scheduling changes.
• Manages site budget and communicates dashboards and QI data to staff.
