Pillar Health, a Division of Kenosha Community Health Center, is seeking a Senior Clinic Operations Manager to lead its New Racine location, the organization’s largest and most complex clinic site. You will translate strategy into site execution, overseeing cross-functional service lines and driving performance, access, and patient experience.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary leadership team, optimize workforce and Lean practices, and ensure regulatory readiness across the site while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in ambulatory or hospital settings.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-service outpatient operations.
• Lean or performance improvement training preferred; CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations across all service lines and ensure top-tier performance.
• Develop and manage the site budget, labor, and expenses while optimizing revenue.
• Drive patient access, flow, and experience with performance reviews and action plans.
• Lead workforce development, succession planning, and staff training on best practices.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and compliance across HRSA and related standards.
