Long-Lewis Auto Group in Muscle Shoals, AL is seeking a Fixed Operations Support Staff member to help keep our dealership moving. You will assist guests, provide shuttle transport, and support daily service department needs with a friendly, professional attitude.

The role requires dependable, punctual, team-oriented individuals with strong communication and customer service skills. A valid driver’s license is required, and some general maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude and connect them with the appropriate department or team member.
• Provide customer shuttle transportation and assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery.
• Help ensure service areas are clean, safe, organized, and ready for business.
• Scan, organize, and properly file completed documents to support accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist fixed operations departments with a variety of daily tasks and special projects.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Work both indoors and outdoors while adapting to a range of weather conditions.
• Contribute to a team-focused environment where reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to help are valued.
