BMO is seeking a motivated individual to provide application support for electronic trading and trade capture platforms in a high-pressure Fixed Income environment. You will monitor, diagnose, and drive solutions, while coordinating with global teams to ensure timely resolution and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities include incident management, change coordination, and delivering reports on availability and performance.

Formación

• 4–7 years IT or finance trading ops experience.
• Experience supporting trading or operational workflow applications.
• Capital markets knowledge with high-pressure business experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide enterprise monitoring/logging driven solutions that are self-healing and low maintenance.
• Offer day-to-day application support to trading systems and monitor applications.
• Collaborate with regional/global users and tech groups to address issues and communicate timely updates.
• Troubleshoot production issues to identify root causes and coordinate system rollouts/updates.
• Provide after-hours/on-call support for critical/Time-sensitive issues.
