Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a highly capable Fixed Income Trade Support professional to join the Public Markets Middle Office. You will serve as the day‑to‑day contact for Portfolio Managers and Traders, ensuring end‑to‑end trade processing from capture to settlement and reconciliation across fixed income and FX.

You will monitor controls, drive issue resolution, and partner with Custodians, Brokers, and Technology to maintain data quality and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of fixed income trade support or middle office experience.
• Experience supporting front‑to‑back workflows through settlement and reporting.
• Proficiency with OMS platforms and post‑trade utilities like DTCC CTM, GTSS, Alert, CLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to PMs and Traders across fixed income and FX, ensuring accurate processing from execution through settlement.
• Serve as primary contact for trade lifecycle controls, booking quality, and operational readiness for front office stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve trade lifecycle issues in partnership with Custodians, Brokers, Technology and Compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase straight‑through‑processing, and enhance controls using automation and AI-enabled solutions.
