Job summary

BMO is looking for an Associate to work closely with Global Structured Products trading desks, providing desk support for pre- and post-execution events and ensuring that downstream feeds for Structured Notes, Equities, OTC Equity and Interest Rate Derivatives are properly set up.

You will guide execution in support and booking of new strategies, capture transactions for analytics and governance, and participate in strategic initiatives with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant systems and technology.
• In-depth knowledge of the business unit’s products, processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk support for pre- and post-execution events across Structured Products.
• Ensure downstream feeds for Structured Notes, Equities, OTC Equity and IR Derivatives are properly set up and maintained.
• Governance and controls over trade capture; respond to internal and external inquiries.
• Develop tools and training to support business processes and deliver insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement operational programs and improvements.
