Job summary

Morgan Stanley Investment Management Operations is seeking a highly motivated Fixed Income Trade Support expert to join the Public Markets Middle Office. You will be the day-to-day contact for front office stakeholders, ensuring smooth end-to-end trade support from capture to settlement and reconciliations.

You will partner with PMs, Traders, Compliance, and Custodians to maintain high data quality and robust controls.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in fixed income trade support, middle office, or investment operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated day-to-day operational support to PMs and Traders across fixed income and FX, ensuring timely processing from execution through settlement.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of trade lifecycle issues, partnering with Custodians, Brokers, Technology and Compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase straight-through processing, and enhance preventative controls using automation and AI-enabled solutions.
