Job summary

Morgan Stanley Investment Management Operations is seeking a highly motivated Fixed Income Trade Support expert to join the Public Markets Middle Office and provide high-touch operational partnerships to Portfolio Managers and Traders.

This role serves as a day-to-day point of contact for front office stakeholders, ensuring smooth end-to-end operational support across the fixed income trade lifecycle, governing strong control frameworks, and timely issue resolution across trade capture,

Qualifications

6+ years of fixed income trade support, middle office, or investment operations experience at a global asset manager, bank, or financial institution.
Proven experience supporting front-to-back workflows and partnering with PMs/Traders and downstream ops teams.
Strong understanding of global fixed income markets, FX products, and lifecycle events.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support to Portfolio Managers and Traders across fixed income and FX, ensuring timely processing from execution to settlement.
Oversee trade lifecycle controls, booking quality, and frontline readiness for front office stakeholders.
Identify, resolve, and escalate trade issues, coordinating with custodians, brokers, technology, and compliance.
