ŌURA is seeking a Senior Manager to own end-to-end fixed assets, capitalized software, and lease accounting in a global setting. You will partner with Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, and Facilities to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

The role emphasizes scalable processes, cross-functional governance, and SOX compliance, with opportunities to influence system choices and cash flow presentation across the balance sheet and statements of cash flows.

Qualifikationen

• 6–8+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
• 4+ years owning fixed assets, CAPEX, leases, and ASC 842.
• US GAAP expertise including ASC 360, ASC 350-40, ASC 842.
• Experience with real estate transactions, facility build-outs, TI allowances.
• CPA preferred or willbe required.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end Fixed Asset, Real Estate, and Lease accounting.
• Oversee internally developed software capitalization (ASC 350-40).
• Manage global lease accounting portfolio and ROU asset/liability reconciliations.
• Lead SOX internal controls and liaise with external auditors.
• Drive cross-functional discovery and enforce capitalization policies.
