Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an experienced accounting leader to manage the Capital and Fixed Asset accounting function, ensuring ledger accuracy and timely close.

You will develop policies, support budgeting, and coordinate system implementations (Oracle Fusion, Planview, ZIP) to improve reporting and efficiency. The role partners with business leaders to deliver accurate financials and align asset activities with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Typically a minimum of 6 years in accounting with fixed assets.
• Experience with capitalized assets and depreciation.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Provides tactical management for Capital and Fixed Asset accounting teams, including capitalization reviews and policy development.
• Manages fixed asset and project accounting month-end close process and reporting.
• Analyzes ledger accounts and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory conformity.
• Advises business partners on reporting formats to improve management information.
