Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation to unify fragmented finance systems, drive process improvements, and deliver a prioritized roadmap. You will partner across Accounting, IT, and external advisors to enable faster close, higher control maturity, and scalable reporting in a hyper-growth environment.

Reporting to the Finance Transformation Lead, you will own governance, triage processes, and metrics, with direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-entity collaboration,

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, accounting operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and partnerships with IT/BS/Finance.
• Strong project/program management skills; PMP or equivalent is a plus.
• Solid accounting fluency (close, reconciliations, journal entries, controls).
• Experience with SOX readiness and public-company reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Accounting partner for IT triage; translate incidents into well-scoped tickets and business impact statements.
• Lead the Finance Transformation portfolio with integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID, and escalation.
• Build dashboards and tracking tools for leadership visibility into status and progress.
• Consolidate transformation work into a prioritized portfolio with clear owners and outcomes.
