Focus Search LLC in Seattle is seeking an Accounting Manager, Fixed Assets to lead asset accounting and capitalization across a global multi-entity organization. You will oversee fixed asset reporting, governance, internal controls, and audit support to ensure GAAP compliance.

The role collaborates with senior leadership, operations, strategy, and development teams to support capital investments, infrastructure projects, and financial reporting initiatives, including CIP, asset lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including fixed asset accounting and capitalization.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, and intercompany accounting.
• Public accounting or advisory experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead fixed asset accounting and capitalization activities across a complex, multi-entity global organization.
• Oversee fixed asset reporting, capitalization governance, internal controls, and audit support.
• Partner with senior leadership, operations, strategy, and business development to support capital investments and financial reporting initiatives.
• Manage asset lifecycle accounting, CIP activities, consolidated reporting, and intercompany transactions; drive process improvements.
