Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and fixed asset lifecycle management.
• Capitalization, reconciliation, and audit support experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage跨部门 teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (Workday) with fixed asset modules.
• Experience managing fixed asset modules or related ERP tools.

As the Fixed Asset Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's fixed asset records. You play a key role in tracking and maintaining accurate asset data, ensuring assets are properly recorded, depreciated, and reconciled in accordance with company policy and accounting standards. Your consistent attention to detail supports accurate financial reporting and ensures compliance with internal procedures in our fast-paced hospitality and gaming environment.

Job Description

• Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, evaluate, and manage department staff to support high performance, engagement, and alignment with company standards and service excellence
• Drive the execution of strategic initiatives by translating organizational goals into actionable plans, ensuring team alignment, accountability, and timely delivery under the guidance of division leadership
• Establish and uphold service standards within assigned department(s), ensuring consistent delivery that meets or exceeds guest expectations and operational goals
• Execute company-wide fixed asset accounting processes including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and asset transfers in accordance with GAAP
• Maintain the fixed asset subledger and ensure timely reconciliation to the general ledger
• Manage the day-to-day operations of fixed asset accounting, ensuring accurate and complete financial records
• Supervise the preparation, review, and approval of journal entries and financial schedules related to fixed assets, ensuring consistency and internal control compliance
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end fixed asset close processes, including depreciation runs and audit schedules
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance fixed asset tracking, reporting accuracy, audit readiness, and workflow efficiency
• Oversee the reconciliation of fixed asset-related balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Collaborate with project managers, operations, and finance teams to ensure proper asset classification and project-to-asset closeout
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role; hospitality or gaming industry experience strongly preferred Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and fixed asset lifecycle management Demonstrated success in managing asset capitalization, reconciliation, and audit support Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and partner across departments Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (Workday); experience managing fixed asset modules or related ERP tools is preferred

Requirements

• At least 21 Years of Age
• High school diploma
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States
• Work Cards Nevada Gaming Registration
