Job summary

Golden Entertainment LLC is seeking an experienced Fixed Asset Manager to oversee day-to-day fixed asset records, depreciation, and reconciliations within a fast-paced hospitality and gaming environment. You will lead a supervisory team and ensure accurate financial reporting in line with GAAP and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and fixed asset lifecycle management.
• Capitalization, reconciliation, and audit support experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage跨部门 teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (Workday) with fixed asset modules.
• Experience managing fixed asset modules or related ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, evaluate, and manage department staff to support high performance and alignment with standards.
• Translate organizational goals into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery under leadership guidance.
• Establish and uphold service standards within the fixed asset department.
• Execute fixed asset accounting processes including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and asset transfers per GAAP.
• Maintain fixed asset subledger and reconcile to the general ledger.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end fixed asset close and audit schedules.
