Job summary

Santa Cruz Valley Unified School District in Rio Rico, Arizona, is seeking a Fixed Assets Technician to ensure proper recording and custody of the district's fixed assets. You will develop and maintain an accurate inventory system compliant with federal and state provisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years experience in inventory control or office-related work.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with staff and stakeholders.
• Ability to operate standard office software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inventory procedures for fixed assets.
• Maintain asset lists and record acquisitions and disposals.
• Assist with asset disposals and audit preparation.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of fixed assets and general ledger.
• Conduct annual physical inventory.
• Support receiving and deliveries during peak periods.
• Other duties as assigned.
