Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Tempe, Arizona seeks a Fixed Asset Analyst to ensure assets are accurately recorded and maintained within the fixed asset system. The role supports capital project accounting, asset tracking, financial reporting and adherence to internal controls.

Collaborating with multiple departments, you will monitor capital expenditures, prepare CIP-related entries, and drive improvements in reporting, accuracy, and compliance across the asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting/finance preferred.
• 1–2 years accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Excel proficiency required.
• Experience with fixed asset systems and SOX controls a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review completed CIP projects and prepare CIP files for upload.
• Reconcile fixed asset and related general ledger accounts for accurate reporting.
• Coordinate and support store asset audits on a five-year cycle.
• Prepare project-related journal entries and adjustments for capital expenditures.
• Analyze financial data and prepare asset activity reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
