Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking an experienced Facilities/Capital Projects Manager in Tempe, AZ to identify and manage capital improvements, remodels, and infrastructure for the business unit. The role emphasizes budgeting, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership to drive efficiency and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5–10 years of related experience, and strong MS Office skills. Knowledge of C-Store operations and fuel maintenance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• 5-10 years experience or more preferred.
• Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• C-Store and fuel maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies revenue-generating and revenue-preserving capital improvement projects.
• Creates annual capital budgets and manages capital expenditures.
• Develops and implements capital projects including remodels, rebranding, and infrastructure.
• Ensures regulatory compliance for environmental commitments (UST systems, remediation).
• Leads repair and maintenance teams and manages RM resources and performance.
• Prepares budget and manages expenditures to achieve financial targets.
• Evaluates systems, updates policies, and implements process improvements.
• Coordinates A&E, petroleum and canopy construction plans for remodels.
• Oversees waste management, licensing and utilities, ensuring continuity across teams.
• Recruits, trains and coaches staff to meet objectives and KRAs.
