Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
Five years of experience or more preferred; including minimum of two years of management responsibility.
Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieves financial objectives by assisting with selecting and bidding to qualified contractors; budgeting and cost monitoring.
Assures quality control by completing pre-construction, interim, and final inspections with detailed punch-lists.
Ensures compliance with building codes and company policies; maintains safe, healthy work practices.
Improves efficiency by evaluating construction documents and implementing best practices and cost optimizations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks as directed by the Facilities Director.
Prepares an annual budget, schedules expenditures, analyzes variances, and initiates corrective actions.
Allocates program costs by preparing operational and risk reports for analyses.
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees.
