Job summary

FirstService Residential in San Francisco seeks a Resident Relations Specialist on a full-time swing shift to deliver Five-Star service. You will interface with residents, guests and management to support operations and hospitality services across property programs.

Responsibilities include addressing expressed and unexpressed needs, handling communications, and ensuring safety and policy compliance. Strong organization, communication skills, and client service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Past Resident Services, Customer Service and/or Hospitality experience.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented, can-do team player.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; administratively strong.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn internal software.
• Able to multitask and perform under pressure in a diverse environment.
• Passionate about providing exemplary resident service at all times.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Identify and clarify residents' needs; provide professional direction and assistance.
• Answer calls promptly with proper greetings and etiquette.
• Record and relay messages accurately and completely.
• Document information in resident logs during shifts.
• Manage package distribution and log in Buildinglink.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to ensure safety.
• Follow company policies and service standards.
• Assist with move-in questions and refer to appropriate departments.
• Attend required meetings with GM or Board when needed.
