Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality or business degree strongly desired.
• Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of luxury hospitality or property management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Friendly, service-oriented and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and direct them at arrival and departure.
• Maintain a visible front desk presence and monitor access and security procedures.
• Handle mail, deliveries, reservations, transportation, and arrangements for services.
• Develop relationships with local businesses to fulfill resident requests.
• Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs; respond to emergencies.
• Assist in training concierge staff and uphold safety standards.
