Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a senior guest-relations leader to oversee the Fairmont Gold experience, coordinating service across rooms and F&B. You will supervise Gold Lounge staff, manage VIP reservations, and ensure personal guest recognition aligns with luxury standards.

You will log guest preferences, resolve concerns, and oversee the Gold Floors' cleanliness and decor, coordinating with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations to maintain top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a guest-relations capacity.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Fairmont Gold experience across rooms and F&B operations.
• Supervise Fairmont Gold Lounge Servers and Supervisors to ensure professional, friendly service and personal recognition.
• Act as a liaison for guests, manage VIP and special attention reservations, and log preferences in guest loyalty profiles.
• Handle guest concerns, maintain daily logs of opportunities with corrective actions.
• Oversee Fairmont Gold Guest Floors decor and cleanliness, coordinating with Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Support pre-arrival communications, front desk, concierge, and lounge operations as needed.
• Review arrivals, pre-register VIPs, and communicate room assignments to relevant departments.
• Monitor Fairmont Gold occupancy and staffing, plan departments during fluctuations, and optimize revenues.
