Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent at the Omni Corpus Christi Hotel. You will provide a five-star welcome and departure experience, greet guests, share resort amenities, and assist with local information during their stay.

You will settle guest accounts at check-out, resolve issues, and coordinate with Loyalty Ambassador and Guest Services teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Prior experience in front desk or cashiering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Clear and pleasant English communication with guests and staff.
• Accurate input of guest information into computer systems.
• Customer service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Front desk or cashiering experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests per SOP and standards.
• Assist guests with inquiries and local information.
• Set up guest accounts and process payments accurately.
• Pre-register designated guests and prepare key packets.
• Communicate guest needs to departments and teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
