Job summary

Omni Corpus Christi Hotel in the Marina District seeks a Front Desk Agent to provide a five-star welcome and departure experience, greet guests, share local information, and promote our upscale amenities. Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs per Moments of Service.
• Listen to inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Set up accounts per guest preferences (type of room, payment).
• Block rooms and pre-register designated guests.
• Communicate guest needs to relevant departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure room access.
• Ensure accurate settlement of folios and charges.
• Maintain guest history files and handle room changes.
• Resolve issues and follow up for guest satisfaction.
• Generate and distribute daily/weekly reports.
