Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have valid Texas driver license or state identification where required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull 150 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Valet and retrieve vehicles for guests.
• Assist, retrieve and load luggage for guests.
• Utilize bell carts effectively and with caution.
• Be friendly and professional when engaging guests.
• Know local points of interest and directions for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and bell closet.
• Address guest complaints and ensure problems are resolved.
• Direct guests to Front Desk or meeting rooms.
• Call taxis or shuttles for guests as needed.
• Notify Front Desk and Guest Services of VIP arrivals.
• Engage in conversations with guests to enhance service.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Complete tasks assigned by manager.
• Assist guests in locating other hotel areas and walk them if needed.
• Follow company policies, maintain uniform and professional appearance; protect assets.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions; complete training.
