Job summary

The Global Ambassador Hotel in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Front Desk Agent to create a premier guest experience in a Forbes Five-Star setting. You will be the first and last touchpoint for guests, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, accurate guest records, and personalized recommendations throughout the stay.

Candidates should have at least 1+ year of front desk or guest service experience and possess excellent verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year front desk or guest service experience
• Luxury hotel Forbes Five-Star standard experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with hotel or reservation software
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Learn, train-on, and develop a thorough understanding of Forbes Five-Star Service Standards
• Serve as a key contributor to exceptional guest experiences by delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service
• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide support throughout their stay, ensuring comfort and satisfaction
• Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately while maintaining up-to-date guest information
• Monitor occupancy levels and proactively recommend room upgrades when appropriate
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and on-or off-site activities
• Offer thoughtful, personalized recommendations based on guest interests and preferences
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, resolving concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Comfortable with candid & open direction and ability to act upon feedback, while keeping guest and employee experience top of mind

What You’ll Do
