Responsibilities

• Provide professional plated, buffet, and passed service at catering events.
• Set up dining areas, buffet stations, and service equipment before events.
• Serve food and beverages according to the event timeline and service format.
• Clear tables, restock stations, and maintain a clean service environment throughout.
• Follow the Event Captain's direction on timing, courses, and special requests.
• Break down service areas and pack equipment for transport after events.
