Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen, CO seeks a friendly Concierge to welcome guests and guide them to the resort's amenities. The role involves guest registration, presenting statements, checking credit, and reporting to the Front Office Manager.

You will leverage local knowledge of mountains and town events to tailor experiences, coordinate with departments, handle cash, and assist during emergencies. This is a seasonal full-time opportunity with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of concierge or customer service experience required.
• Colorado Notary preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and book activities for guests based on ability and interests.
• Check guests in or out following procedures.
• Record guest complaints and notify appropriate staff.
• Maintain front desk supplies and organize front desk area.
• Coordinate with other departments for guest needs.
• Manage cash bank and daily cash settlements.
• Follow policies for Concierge Department and Aspen One.
• Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed.
• Complete tasks and assist other departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
