Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in/out, and coordinate services with housekeeping and other teams. You will communicate hotel offerings and assist with guest requests to ensure an exceptional stay.

The role emphasizes attentiveness, proactive service, and collaboration with the Front Office Manager to uphold the property’s five-star standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred.
• One year of customer or guest experience preferred.
• Previous front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide overview of hotel and amenities to guests.
• Coordinate daily needs with other departments.
• Recommend restaurants and activities based on guest interests.
• Manage cash bank and daily settlements.
• Handle reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
