Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen is seeking a Bellperson to assist arriving and departing guests with luggage and provide information about the hotel and its amenities. You will report to the Guest Services Manager and support guests at the base of Aspen Mountain.

The role emphasizes guest service, professional conduct in a fast-paced environment, and teamwork to ensure a seamless guest experience, including ski storage and emergency procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Driver’s License with no violations.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort arriving guests to rooms on a rotating basis with other Bell staff.
• Provide a summary of the hotel and amenities to guests.
• Ensure guest room is in order and explain location of TV remote, AC controls, and guest services directory at check-in.
• Follow baggage tagging and ski storage procedures.
• Deliver messages, packages, or items to guest rooms promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in the Lobby and Bell storeroom.
• Report guest comments or complaints to management.
• Assist in emergencies and security procedures as directed by management.
• Complete tasks and assist other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
