Job summary

The Little Nell, Aspen's premier luxury hotel, seeks a Ski & Club Concierge to deliver anticipatory service for club members and guests at the Aspen Mountain Club and base locker room. You will coordinate dining, wine service, and exclusive experiences with a focus on privacy and personalized guest relations.

Ideal candidates have deep skiing knowledge, exceptional communication, and the ability to multitask during peak times, while collaborating closely with F&B, ski valet, and member services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of skiing and local terrain is important.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming environment and build personalized relationships with members and their guests.
• Provide discreet personal assistance and fulfill member requests with urgency and professionalism.
• Support and execute formal dining experiences including wine service and collaboration with F&B staff for reservations and events.
• Coordinate premium experiences such as ski lessons, spa appointments, private transportation, and exclusive dining.
• Maintain knowledge of local terrain and Club programming to make accurate recommendations.
• Facilitate itinerary planning and concierge services including restaurant bookings, local excursions, and equipment rentals.
• Assist in maintaining the Club wine cellar inventory and communicate preferences to the service team.
• Handle packages, messages, and guest belongings with discretion and confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate records of guest visits, charges, and member files; report guest limits to the Club Manager.
