Job summary

The Little Nell is seeking a Ski & Club Concierge to deliver anticipatory service for Aspen Mountain Club members and guests, in both the Ski Locker Room and on Aspen Mountain. You’ll collaborate with F&B, ski valet, and member services to ensure flawless experiences, with a focus on wine service, dining, and personalized itineraries.

Applicants should have strong guest interaction skills, the ability to multitask during peak times, and a willingness to work outdoors year-round in the Aspen

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming environment and build personalized relationships with members and their guests.
• Provide discreet and anticipatory personal assistance, fulfilling member requests with urgency.
• Support and execute formal dining experiences including wine service and menu knowledge.
• Coordinate premium experiences such as ski lessons, spa appointments, private transportation, and exclusive dining.
• Maintain records of guest visits, charges, and member files; report guest count limits.
