Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in high client contact environment dealing with customer resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provides Five Star service to clients and technical assistance for Online Banking, Mobile, text banking and e-pay.
• Supports Debit and ATM transactions including dispute handling and reporting/replacing lost or stolen cards.
• Identifies client financial needs and refers to Digital Banking when appropriate.
• Supports client servicing for deposits and loans.
• Performs research on banking items such as check imaging, tax information, and encoding errors.
• Completes financial transactions and initiates transfers and overdraft protections.
• Resolves issues and directs to appropriate department for further assistance.
• Complies with applicable laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act.
